LAHORE ( 2008-09-17 17:48:52 ) :Lahore High Court Wednesday adjourned till September 26, the hearing of four identical petitions of Pakistan Cricket Board's employees including Director Special Projects Pakistan Cricket Board Salim Altaf against the PCB management.
Salim Altaf challenged his termination orders from service by the then PCB Chairman while the court in June last suspended the operation of the orders and allowed him to continue work.
Col Muhammad Pervez(Retd), Major Javed Arshad Khan (Retd) and Syed Muhammad Akram Gillani also filed petitions challenging their termination orders.
The court during last hearing, sought detailed reply from the PCB management in this regard.
Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi was to hear the cases on Wednesday but due to the end of the court time the arguments were not presented and the hearing was adjourned till September 26.
The court also put off the hearing of an application of PCB seeking vacation of a stay-order granted by the court to Akram Gillani.
